First time booking? When you sign up for your first class, you’ll complete a quick intake form and get the option to join our Unlimited Membership for $250/month, or grab a 10-Class Pass for $200 or 20-Class Pass for $350 to save on future sessions. All classes are held at Brentwood College School in Mill Bay.

Athletes will be provided with programs specific to their maturation/level and sport.
